INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup pistachio ice cream
- 1 cup strawberry ice cream
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- 1 packet strawberry jelly
- 1 tin mixed fruit
Method:
Take a transparent dish. Put a layer of mixed fruit as base and chill. Make jelly as per directions on pack and arrange over the mixed fruit. Put a layer of vanilla ice cream over the jelly. Over it put a layer of strawberry ice cream and finally top with a layer of pistachio ice cream. Serve decorated with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
